Safari Operations
All safaris listed on this website are administered and regulated by the Forest Department of Pench Tiger Reserve. The website serves solely as a booking and facilitation platform and does not influence forest authority decisions or allocations.
Booking & Payment Policy
- Once a safari booking has been confirmed, the paid amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Safari zones are allotted based on availability and may be changed by forest authorities due to operational or administrative reasons.
- Travelers are requested to provide accurate personal and booking information. Any incorrect details may lead to issues during the safari and will not be the responsibility of the booking platform.
- After completing the booking, confirmation details including vouchers, invoices, or tickets will be shared via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or physical copy. Please allow at least 24 hours for processing.
- Any price revision in permit fees, taxes, or hotel rates as directed by the Forest Department or service providers must be borne by the traveler. Non-payment of revised charges may result in booking cancellation.
- Payments must be made only through the official payment links or authorized bank account mentioned on penchtigersreserve.com.
- Accepted payment options include credit card, debit card, UPI, and bank transfer.
- If the balance payment is not completed within the specified time, the booking will be canceled, and the advance amount will be forfeited.
Refunds & Unavailability
If your booking cannot be processed due to technical errors or unavailability of safari permits, the entire paid amount will be refunded to your original payment mode within a reasonable time frame.

Rates & Seasonal Charges
Tariffs may vary during festive seasons, holidays, or long weekends. All visitors are required to pay any applicable government taxes, service charges, or surcharges as per the prevailing laws.
Jurisdiction & Legal Disputes
All disputes, claims, or matters arising out of the use of this website or any related bookings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
